Well I think that advertisement is the first channel for every business. Pay per click is a nice approach but it depends on many parameters to make sure that you have the optimal campaign:

* You have to make sure you use the appropriate keywords so you can get a high conversion rate and decrease the bounce percentage.

* Most of pay per click services are based on a ranking system that allows some of the links to be displayed more than others and usually the higher you pay the better position you get.

The risk here is that you pay for what you hope and not for what you actually get. I built a link exchange application (my website that provides Free ads ) and I had 2 ideas in my mind:

1. The rank of a website needs to be directly related to how much a website is interesting to people so I built my ranking system based on the sign up date (just to encourage people to join earlier than others) and other factors that reflect the interest of people in a website. But if we take the case where a less interesting website believes that if his website is largely exposed then people will easily join. In this case the owner pays a very low cost per click proportional to the difference between his current rank and his desired rank. So a website of rank 10 he can easily advertise at a higher rank (Rank #1 for example) for less than 0.05$ per click! (Rank #1 is equivalent to the highest probability of exposure).
2. Again I wanted to create a system where you pay for what you get and not for what you hope so I added a new service that’s supposed to start by next week. It’s exactly like eBay/Amazon affiliate + Ranking system. For advertisers: They only pay a commission when they sell. For publishers: They only get paid when a user buys a product of an advertiser through a direct referral from their websites. Of course till now there is nothing new…Anyone can do that through ebay..But what if you want to sell a service or a product through your own website and not through eBay so you can track your customers, provide support and other CRM professional services? That can be done on my website and I got my first client! I will give commissions to referral sites (part of my network) proportionally to their ranks!

I am not trying to reinvent anything but i am just trying to optimize the way pay per click works with a combination of pay per action.

Free online advertisement network
OLEEA (http://www.oleea.com/) is a free online advertisement network. OLEEA differs from a basic link exchange service by providing a solution that promotes and rates websites based on date of sign up and user?s traffic. If you have a website then you can also take advantage of your users activity and improve your rank. Now if you try to generate “fraudulent” clicks or invalid clicks using an automated or manual solutions, it will be automatically detected by OLEEA and will negatively affect your rank. We will not explain the details of the algorithm but the easiest way to test it is to try it!
OLEEA assigns a fraud factor for each website where the links appear. It does not mean that the website intentially generates fraudulent or invalid clicks but it reflects the probability of invalid clicks on a given website.
There is also a paid solution where the user selects his/her desired rank and just pays a cheap cost per click that corresponds to the difference between his/her desired rank and his/her current rank. So if your rank is now 40/100 and you would like to improve your probability exposure to be exactly like rank 1/100 then you will pay not more than 40% of what rank 100/100 would pay. So if rank 100/100 pays 0.1$ per click then rank 40/100 pays 0.04$ per click.
Let’s compare OLEEA to other advertisment solutions:

* Free advertisement: You can find many free advertisement network but in most of the cases they do not provide a ranking system that privileges some links on others and if they do then it’s uniquely related to user traffic and number of generated clicks so that does not work for an eBay product or another similar eCommerce case when the user does not own a website to be part of the network.
* Anti Fraudulent click algorithm: Most of existing free online advertisement system they do not explicitly provide an anti fraud algorithm agaisnt invalid clicks. So generating invalid clicks would probably improve the rank of a website. OLEEA implements a smart system that does not only rely on IP addresses and average time on page but other statistical information retrieved and computed from different sources.
* Paid advertisement: Other free advertisement networks do not provide a paid ads if anyone would like to take advantage of an existing strong advertisement network similary to AdSense. OLEEA provides a similar service to AdSense with the main advantage of being cheaper because OLEEA does not pay commission to publishers. At the same time advertisers pay a variable cost per click that depends on the fraud factor of the source that generated the click. For example if an advertiser accepts to pay 0.1$ per click then that would be the maximum amount for click generated from a webiste that corresponds to a fraud factor equal to 0%.

Many of the newbies that are being exposed to the internet on a daily basis have dreams of running a website and making it successful. For some, this is a grueling task and leaves them short-winded trying to do so.

Writing articles for ezines, newsletters, websites and forums in addition to using other marketing strategies keeps your website visible.

The internet has turned out to be a publisher’s paradise. Never before has the chance to publish your ideas and insights been this easy. In some cases all it costs is some of your time. You can write an article this morning and have it published in the evening.

Writing was once a secret weapon for many marketers, but now it has been thrown in the open and is now being used by many people. It has work wonders for me since I started doing it. My articles have appeared in ezines, newsletters and on websites with varying degrees of success. Here are some guidelines on how to write articles:

A. Write about what you know. Make sure it?s related to your business (so you can use the keywords you want to rank with) and helpful (so it gets published). Once you get thinking about it, you’ll probably find there are hundreds of articles you could write that are helpful. You may even have some of them partly written already in your instruction manuals or installation guides, etc. Another good idea is to think of all the questions you get asked by customers and potential customers. These questions show you what people are interested in. If you write an article answering every one of these questions, you’ll get published, and you’ll also show yourself to be a credible expert.

B. The best articles are only as long as they need to be. Keep it short and sweet ? there?s nothing wrong with a 400 word article. By the same token, if you need 1500 words to say all you need to say, that?s fine as well

C. Simply write in a style that your audience will be comfortable with. If they?re from the old school, don?t write like I am. Don?t use contractions, don?t end sentences with prepositions, and don?t start sentences with ?and? or ?but?. But if they?re not old school, just use conversational English. In fact, the more of yourself you include in the article, the more engaging it will be. The key is to make it readable.

Once you’ve written your article, you’ll need to develop a list of publishers that may be interested in publishing it. The best way to accomplish this is to display your articles on your website. Place a subscription box on each of your article pages to enable your visitors to subscribe. This list should be used to send your new articles to your list of publishers. “Submit Article” in the Google search will give you many sites where you can submit your articles.

She’s spent years creating documentation on her laptop over the course of her degree and was just about to get her dissertation printed and bound, when the laptop was stolen in a raid on her flat.
