About Me

Originally from Winnipeg, MB, I moved to Calgary, AB in my twenties to pursue a career in the Computer Industry. I gained most of my experience working for one of the first Internet Service Providers in North America. I was purchasing domain names for $72 back then. I couldn’t believe that I was turning into a computer geek before my very own eyes. I always kept up on the newest trends in the industry from the Internet, to satellite, to fiber, to cellular, and now focus most of my time learning new ways to market businesses online.

I am definitely a small-town girl with a huge desire to travel the world.  I have always had a passion for travel. When I was little I can remember spinning my globe round and round and stopping it with my finger pretending that was where I was going to travel to next. I would do this for hours and now I get to do this with my three adorable nephews, Max, Jake, and Nate.

One of the first things others notice about me is my adventurous spirit and straightforward disposition. After reaching the big 4-0 last year, I’ve committed myself to living each day as if it was my last. As a result, what I’m most passionate about is living life fully, acquiring new knowledge & skills, meeting new people from all over the world, experiencing new cultures, overcoming my biggest fears, and having fun.

One of my goals is to travel monthly for business and for pleasure. Some of my favourite destinations are Hawaii, Cancun, Scotland, New Zealand, and Australia.

I am a personal walking ambassador to the book called “The Go-Giver“. I recommend that everyone reads this book and shares this inspiring story with everyone they love and respect. We need a lot more Go-Givers in this world!
